TOURNAMENT – Can Invite Family and Friends!
HAFFA Recreation and Sports Sub-Committee
would like to organize a HAFFA Tennis Tournament in November / December
2010. Please find below some tentative
information of the subject Tournament.

Single: HK$250 Doubles: HK$400 (Mixed also
welcome) |
We would like to recruit at least 12 teams of
Singles and 12 teams of Doubles to participate in the event. Members can invite your family, relatives and
friends to form teams for either Singles or Doubles to participate in the
Tennis Tournament.
Interested Members are kindly requested to
complete the enrollment form [see Annex A] attached to
the Secretariat on or before 03 September 2010 (Friday).
Kindly note the Tennis tournament will be cancelled should there be not
enough participants (i.e. 12 teams of Singles and 12 teams of Doubles) for the
game. Letter of Acceptance with
payment arrangement and tournament details will be sent out by EMAIL only on
or before 17 September 2010 (Fri). Payment must then be settled within 7
days upon the email confirmation.
