In order to lessen the financial burden of Members, HAFFA liaised with all the vendors of Secure Nets (that are accepted by CAD) to seek preferential package to cater to members’ needs under the new ICAO 2021 policy.  We are pleased to inform Members that Hong Kong Secure Transportation Systems Limited (HKSTS), vendor of Smartsec Net is willing to provide a special jumbo offer for Members. Details as set out below:

Ø       Special offer is only valid when HAFFA receives at least a total of 100 cartons from Members by the deadline (21 February 2020).  If the total number of cartons ordered HAFFA received by then is below 100, there is no special offer and the secretariat will inform participating Members individually in this case.

Ø       If the total number of cartons ordered exceeds 100, Members buying each 10-carton can get 1 carton free (the free carton would be whatever the lowest price that member ordered). 

Ø      Ordered nets and seals (if applicable) will be made available by early April 2020 tentatively. Participating Members will be informed of the details separately.

Ø     Minimum order for each member: 10 cartons

Ø     Total quantity of order should be multiples of 10 (i.e. 10, 20, 30, 40…). 

Ø     Mixed type of various net for each order is allowed.

Ø     Seal (no discount) can be ordered at the same time but at the original cost

Ø     Self-pickup arrangement: HAFFA will provide with Members a standard voucher to pick up the nets (and seals if applicable) at the warehouse in due course.

         HK$150 per car from 09: 00-17: 59,

2.  Update CAD of using HKSTS Smartsec Net as Secure Transportation (ST) means

All RAs and RACSFs are required to update CAD of any new accepted ST means to be adopted. In case you have not yet included HKSTS Smartsec Net as one of the ST means in your Regulated Agent Security Programme (RASP) or Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility Security Programme (RACSFSP), kindly be reminded to just inform CAD by returning your updated RASP and RACSFSP BEFORE using the HKSTS Smartsec Net.
