乘坐275R巴士到達烏蛟騰 --> 三椏村 --> 農家菜午餐 --> 荔枝窩 (參觀客家村文化) --> 坐船回程

Fee :

HKD 180/per person, including lunch meal, insurance coverage and a participation certificate, while any transportation fee is not included

(2) return with payment to the HAFFA Secretariat on or before 20 September 2021 (Monday).

A confirmation letter (including our emergency contact) will be issued by HAFFA to you on or after 27 September 2021 (Monday) by e-mail. Participants are required to fill in online Health declaration form on 30 Sep 2021 (Monday) by return, instructions would be provided in the confirmation letter. 

Kindly note the subject event will be cancelled should there be insufficient participants and/or unforeseen circumstance and full refund will be made in such case.

In order to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19, participants are required to comply the precautionary measures announced onsite.

10:15 到達起步點烏蛟騰

12:00 到達三椏村

          午餐於福利茶室享用農家菜

13:15 出發去荔枝窩

14:30 到達荔枝窩 （參觀客家村文化）

15:30 坐船回程 (HK$45@)

17:00 到達馬料水碼頭 解散.

注意事項:

1. 參加者年齡必須介乎3-70歲，基於安全理由，本會將保留其參加活動的權利。  本會為參加者購買基本團體人身意外保險，參加者亦可自行決定購買額外個人保險
2. 參加者須自行乘搭交通工具前往指定地點集合，逾時不候
3. 安全守則：
   ►請記下當天活動聯絡人電話號碼 (將列於確認電郵)
   ►自行帶備充足飲用水及食物
   ►請留意安全及聽從工作人員的指引，切勿擅自離隊
   ►如遇上現場環境濕滑，請小心步行及照顧同行者
   ►如出發前發現身體不適，請自行決定是否適合進行活動，如仍參加活動，請到達後馬上通知有關工作人員，並量力而為；如決定不出席，請立即致電當日的活動負責人
4. 衣著以輕便舒適為主，建議穿著通爽淺色長袖衣物，避免接觸動植物
5. 惡劣天氣安排 :
   活動當日於集合時間前兩小時，如懸掛以下訊號，活動將延期至另行通知：
   ►黃色、紅色或黑色暴雨警告、三號颱風訊號或以上；或天文台已預告於未來數小時將發出黑色暴雨警告或懸掛三號颱風訊號
   ►雷暴警告 (影響範圍涉及活動當區)
   ►天文台預告於未來數小時將有暴雨 (影響範圍涉及活動當區)
   ►活動進行中如出現天氣變化，主辦單位會視乎實際情況，決定是否繼續進行活動
6. 活動當日於集合時間前兩小時，如香港各區公共交通服務及路面交通普遍受阻，附近或會出現特殊情況，活動將延期至另行通知，本會屆時會另行通知。 

建議裝備:

• 背囊
• 清水1公升、簡單乾糧
• 淺色長衫長褲後備衣物
• 風衣、闊邊帽
• 防曬用品 UV SPF 40
• 遠足鞋/波鞋 (不建議拖鞋、涼鞋、高踭鞋)
• 個人藥物
