HKTVmall becomes one of the well-known online shopping websites in Hong Kong in recent years. HAFFA is organizing a visit to the HKTVmall's warehouse in HKTV Multimedia and Ecommerce Centre (TKO) to better understand the various behind-the-scenes operations and it's Robotic & Automated Warehousing System. The visit will include a presentation and a tour of HKTVmall's modern, highly efficient and automatic warehouse and packing system. Members are cordially invited to join the visit, details as below: Date : 21 November 2019 (Thursday)

15:15 Assemble at Tseung Kwan O MTR Station

16:00 – 17:30 Presentation, Warehouse tour and Q&A session
17:35 – 18:00 End of programme and return to Tseung Kwan O MTR Station Should Members be interested to join the event, please make online pre-registration on https://form.jotform.me/HAFFAEvent/visit-hktvmall with company cheque payment to the HAFFA office on or before 07 November 2019 (Thursday). Since seats are limited, first-come-first-served and 2 participants are expected from each company. Additional participant(s) will be placed under waiting list. For successful registration, participants will be receiving a confirmation email by 13 November 2019 (Wednesday). For any enquiry, please call Ms. Chan at 2796 3121. Remarks :
1. No photography and video-taping allowed in all areas of warehouse and car park;
2. No eating and drinking inside the warehouse;
3. Please leave all your bags and luggage inside the meeting room for warehouse visit;
4. Please do not touch any items inside the warehouse for your own safety.
5. Bookings will only be confirmed with full payment, on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. This event is for HAFFA Members only while walk-in will not be accepted.
7. Please note that HAFFA reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event without explanation.
In any such instance, the admission fee will be returned in full.
8. There will be no refund for attendees cancelling or not showing up for the event.
9. Participants agree to indemnify HAFFA and the hosting party all liabilities for property damage, physical injury or death in relation to this event. Participants are advised to take their own insurance against all risks.
